Contact & support
Most things are faster from inside a call than by writing to anyone. Here is what reaches a person, for what, and what to include.
Quick answers to common questions are in the Help Center; it is worth a look first.
Reporting someone
Use the report control in the call, then leave. It is the fastest route and the only one that arrives with the conversation attached, so nobody has to ask you to describe it afterwards. You can also report a profile, a post or a message from where you see it.
Reports are reviewed by people, not only by filters. An account removed for breaking the community guidelines cannot register again, and a block is immediate and permanent.
If what you saw involves someone under 18, report it and leave. That is handled separately from everything else and referred to the authorities.
What else you can contact us about
- Your account: signing in, a restriction you do not understand, or someone else getting into it.
- Payments: a purchase that did not arrive, an unexpected charge, VIP or coins. Coins are bought up front and each person sets their own price, so two calls of the same length can legitimately cost different amounts.
- Content decisions: a photo, nickname or post that was rejected, or a removal you think was wrong.
- Your data: a copy of it, a correction, or deleting your account. You can also delete your account yourself; the privacy policy sets out what is kept and why.
- Something not working: pages, matching, calls, camera or microphone.
Before you write
Including these gets you an answer faster:
- your account ID or display name;
- the page or feature involved, and roughly when it happened;
- for payments, the order time and amount;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
Do not send your password, a one-time code or your full card number. We will never ask for them, and card numbers are not stored here anyway.
A security reminder
- Support only ever contacts you through 1v1Roulette itself or the address on this page.
- Anyone asking for your password or a verification code is not us.
- Never pay anyone through an outside link, transfer or "collection" request.
- Report impersonation, suspicious links and scams straight away.
- If you think your account or payment details are at risk, contact us as soon as you can.
How requests are handled
Requests are prioritised by how serious they are: safety reports and account security come first. Payment exceptions, removals and anything that needs your identity confirmed can take extra review before a final answer, and we may ask you for more detail.
Writing to us
A published support address goes live with this site's own mailbox. Until then, the report control inside 1v1Roulette is the route that reaches a person. We would rather list no address than one that bounces.
